Sally Fallon’s popular seminar on the work of Weston A. Price and the principles of nourishing traditional diets
Sally Fallon Morell’s popular seminar answers that critical question: What is a healthy diet? She presents eleven principles of healthy traditional diets based on the pioneering work of Dr. Weston A. Price and the food choices and food preparation techniques of healthy nonindustrialized peoples from around the world. She then provides practical steps for changing your diet for the better.
Topics covered include the vital role of animal fats in human nutrition; the dangers of modern vegetable oils; the safety and health benefits of raw milk; the dark side of modern soy foods; how to prepare grains and legumes for optimal assimilation and digestion; the health benefits of enzyme-rich lacto-fermented foods; and the benefits of homemade bone broths used in soups, stews and sauces.

I have just watched your DVD on ‘Nourishing traditional diets’ and I have to say I was totally blown away by what you had to say. I have never written to a lecturer before after watching a lecture, but watching you completely inspired me to say ‘thank you’ and ‘well done’!
It was fascinating, informative, scientific, and it makes total sense to me. I loved how compassionate your approach and attitude is to those indigenous people too.
There is so much ‘food propaganda’ out there and a mind blowing array of dietary choices (all of which constantly seem to be changing, as we are told yesterday’s wonder food is now unhealthy) it’s incredibly confusing to know what to eat.
Watching this lecture has really opened my eyes as to my dietary choices which I will now definitely be adopting.
Thank you, you really made my day!
Best,
Ella Dickenson
